HomeFirst offers Homebuyer Education Workshops that introduce participants to the steps to homeownership and provide advice from seasoned professionals who represent various stages of the home buying process. Workshops are geared towards individuals interested in purchasing a home.
Due to COVID concerns and to ensure the safety of our clients, participants, and staff, all workshops have limited capacity.
To receive HomeFirst's certification, participants must pre-register for the class, provide proof of income and identification prior to attending the webinar/seminar. To ensure that participants understand the steps to homeownership, the following topics are covered:

At the end of the workshop, participants will earn their certification of completion. This certificate can be used to help qualify for various First Time Homebuyer Programs from mortgage lenders, local, state and federal housing programs.
