HomeFirst Housing Resource Services, Inc. is the only "Comprehensive HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency" in the Middle Georgia area offering access to resources and information about all aspects of homeownership.  HomeFirst serves as a direct link to homeownership for first-time homebuyers.  It is also a resource and referral service for refinancing, reverse mortgages and foreclosure counseling. HomeFirst also offers credit counseling and financial literacy training to help families manage their finances and take advantage of the banking services, down payment assistance programs, incentives and special financing provided by our partners.
